Three Meters in One
The MMS Plus combines three different meter functions in one, plus serves as a data logger.
It’s the ideal tool for the restorer who wants to upgrade to a comprehensive, all-in-one tool.
Hygrometer
Measures relative humidity, temperature, dewpoint, proximity to dewpoint, and grains
per pound (GPP) with the modular, replaceable Protimeter Hygrostick.
Pin Measure
Use penetrating pins to determine the moisture content of wood and the Wood Moisture Equivalent (WME) value of other building materials.
Add the optional Hammer Electrode to penetrate deeper into subfloors, frame materials, and drywall.
Pinless (Non-Invasive) Measure
Use non-invasive radio frequencies to detect the presence of moisture without damaging materials.
Data Logger
Store up to 1,000 readings (with date and time stamp) for downloading to your computer. Keep clear records of drying
conditions to help safeguard your business and protect your customers.
